Yes. Memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you decide to cancel, simply contact our office and our team will guide you through the process.
Medication pricing depends on the type of medication prescribed and your individualized dose. Your provider will review all treatment options and discuss the cost during your appointment, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect and have the opportunity to agree to your treatment plan before making any payment.
